To support a client's in-house creative team, the remote Creative Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex creative, print, and interactive projects, ensuring operational excellence while managing budgets and resources. Key responsibilities: Partner with Creative Operations leadership as the Adobe Workfront subject matter expert, advocating for platform adoption and driving workflow automation Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating project requirements and managing project lifecycles from scope to delivery Manage project budgets and track expenses, preparing SOWs, estimates, and status reports while maintaining rigorous standards for project documentation Required qualifications: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within a creative agency, production studio, or in-house agency environment 3+ years of advanced experience administering and managing projects within Adobe Workfront Deep understanding of print, digital, and interactive creative production workflows Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
