Our company is acquiring and renovating 2 extended stays into micro-apartments in Savannah.
\n \nWe want these projects to look incredible; we have found that the main difference between projects that look great vs ones that do not is the amount of attention to detail and intention for design that is put into it.
\n \nYour role would be to help design these projects, and manage everything from an aesthetic standpoint at each of these projects - including finishes, landscaping, color schemes, layout choices, etc. You would be taking creative control of the projects to make sure they turn out cohesive and beautiful, while also staying within budget.
\n \nThis role is meant to be between 15 to 25 hours a week
\n \nSome skills and background that are strongly preferred:
\n \nThis role is meant to last for the next 4 to 6 months and is not a full time position. Can be longer if we end up acquiring more projects in the region.
\n \nExpected salary range is between $30 to $35 an hour but doesn't include any benefits - open to a performance bonus based on how the projects turn out.
