(NOT INTERIOR/EXTERIOR OR HOUSE PAINTING) You must: Prepare sign components and substrates for painting Accurately mix paints, solvents and other finishes to manufacture specifications Prime, paint and finish sign components Sand, mask, prep and finish as required Familiarity with Matthews Paint systems or equivalent Use hand tools, power tools and shop equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized work area, paint booth and equipment Ability to work from ladders when required Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Zero tolerance drug free workplace. Pre-employment and random drug testing Benefits after 90 days.
